Generating a weekly report with AI writing is simple. First, open the 'AI Writing' module in Doubao AI Assistant. In the input box, briefly describe your main work completed this week, problems encountered, and plans for next week. For example, enter: 'Generate a product manager weekly report. Completed PRD for new feature A, followed up on testing progress for project B, plan to conduct competitor analysis for feature C next week.' Click the 'Generate' button, and the AI will automatically create a well-structured, professional draft. You can then fine-tune and polish it as needed.

Doubao AI's PDF translation currently supports standard PDF document formats (.pdf). Our OCR engine can handle both scanned and text-based PDFs. We also support uploading Word documents (.doc, .docx) for translation. It is recommended that single files do not exceed 50MB to ensure optimal upload and processing speeds. For scanned documents, higher clarity results in better translation accuracy.

To integrate Doubao AI into VS Code, follow these steps: 1. Open VS Code and click the Extensions icon on the left. 2. Enter 'Doubao AI Assistant' or 'Doubao AI' in the search box. 3. Find the official extension and click 'Install'. 4. After installation, restart VS Code. 5. Click the Doubao icon in the sidebar and log in to start using it. You can use features like code completion, code explanation, and comment generation directly in the editor.

If you forget your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. The system will guide you to the password reset page. Enter the email or phone number used during registration. Click 'Get Verification Code', and the system will send a verification message to your email or phone. After entering the received code, you will be allowed to set a new password. For account security, it is recommended to set a strong password containing letters, numbers, and symbols.

To improve efficiency, the Doubao AI desktop version offers a series of global shortcuts:
  • Alt + Space: Quickly wake/hide search bar
  • Ctrl + T: Screenshot translation
  • Ctrl + Shift + W: Open AI writing window
  • Ctrl + ,: Open settings panel
You can customize these key combinations in 'Settings' > 'Shortcuts' to suit your habits.

The Personal version is suitable for independent creators, students, and freelancers, offering basic quotas for AI writing, translation, and image generation. The Enterprise version is designed for teams, offering higher usage limits plus:
